Hi, I’m Sarah!

Sarah, RDN is a graduate from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Nutrition/Dietetics and Psychology. Upon graduating she completed a 1200 hour internship where she gained much experience in the clinical, community and functional medicine side of healing. Shortly after, she passed the state board exams and became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, licensed in both Rhode Island and Arkansas.

Sarah has 6 years of experience working as an outpatient Dietitian/Nutritionist within the community, specializing in weight management, women’s health, functional nutrition, eating disorders, intuitive eating and gastrointestinal disorders. She believes in working as a member of an integrative care team, bringing conventional and complementary approaches together to care for a person as a whole. This requires a high degree in collaboration and communication among team members for optimal care, with the patient being at the forefront of our team.

Sarah also has a passion for working within the special needs community, helping to implement diet and lifestyle changes to improving overall health and quality of life. She has been a mentor for the Special Olympics Health Messenger program and was featured with her mentee on SORI TV.
