Our 6-week virtual STAR Group Program empowers our next generation of children, teenagers and their families to adopt sustainable lifestyle changes through 45-minute dietitian-led sessions on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and overall well-being. With a fun, interactive, and family-centered approach, we help children and teens thrive and build resilience for a healthier future.

Most insurance plans cover our STAR Group Program. If your insurance plan doesn’t cover the group…it’s on us!
